Terms of Use

Conditions governing the relationship between Casaleduesicilie and its wholesale clients.

Purpose of the Service

Casaleduesicilie acts as an importer and wholesale distributor of Italian gastronomic raw materials, exclusively for the professional HoReCa sector in Argentina. The products offered in our B2B catalog come from the Due Sicilie region and have denomination of origin certifications where indicated.

Access to the catalog and order placement are reserved for companies or professionals in the gastronomic field who have completed registration as a wholesale client. Sales are not made to the general public or end consumers.

Registration and Client Account

To operate with Casaleduesicilie, the client must complete a registration form providing truthful and updated information: company name, tax ID, business address, contact details, and documentation proving their activity in the gastronomic sector.

Casaleduesicilie reserves the right to approve or reject registration requests without justification. Once approved, the account is personal and non-transferable. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Orders and Purchase Conditions

Orders are placed through the recurring order system or by direct request to the sales team. Each order must specify the product, quantity, presentation, and estimated delivery date.

Casaleduesicilie will confirm stock availability and the current price at the time of the request. Prices are expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Returns of perishable products are not accepted once delivered, except for manufacturing defects or dispatch errors.

  • The minimum order is 1 unit of a batch or box, depending on the product.
  • Delivery times are agreed per order and may vary depending on stock availability and logistics.
  • The client must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any anomalies within 24 business hours.
Liability and Limitations

Casaleduesicilie guarantees that imported products comply with Argentine health regulations and have the corresponding documentation (certificates of origin, organoleptic analyses, technical data sheets).

The use of the products is the sole responsibility of the client, who must follow the storage and handling instructions indicated on the packaging or technical data sheet. Casaleduesicilie is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, or failure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

Under no circumstances shall Casaleduesicilie's liability exceed the value of the purchased product. Claims for loss of profits, loss of clientele, or indirect damages are excluded.
